Though the power couple sold the home to Silicon Valley entrepreneur Marina Acton for $17.8 million, Acton is reportedly pregnant with a daughter and looking for more space to raise her family. Unlike Kim and Kanye, who made $8.8 million on the sale, Action will most likely lose money after factoring in closing costs and commission. Joshua and Matthew Altman, colloquially known as the Altman Brothers in the real estate world, have the listing at Douglas Elliman Real Estate once again—they've been handling Kim Kardashian West's affairs since 2007.

Mere months before expecting their third child via surrogate, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have sold their Bel Air mansion for $17.8 million, E! News reports. Investor and philanthropist Marina Acton will be inhabiting the soon-to-be former Kardashian-West compound, according to Josh and Matt Altman from Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.

"Her houses really reflect who she is at that time and that's exactly what they did to this house," said Josh of the family's recently sold mansion. "It's very minimalist, super modern, and fashion-forward. It felt like you were walking through an amazing museum. It's one of those houses you're going to immediately fall in love with or you won't get it at all. Marina fell in love with it." The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom Bel Air estate features a massive outdoor swimming pool, floor-to-ceiling automatic windows, panoramic city views, and a crisp white interior.

While the couple is searching for something bigger and more private to accommodate their growing family, their love for the home runs deep. "Kanye and I were the designers of the house and we were so involved in every single detail," Kardashian shared on her exclusive website. "The interior design was all about neutral tones and minimal furniture. We also repositioned the pool and added a glam room with its own separate entrance. When the new buyer came to see our home, I wanted to be the one to give her a personal tour because Kanye and I were so proud of what we created."
